Court Square Press Building
Originally constructed in 1906, The Court Square Press Building boasts over 210,000 square feet arranged in a six-story rectangle surrounding an open central courtyard. This Georgian Revival beauty initially housed the factory and offices of the MacAllen Manufacturing Company, but by mid-century it was taken over by its current namesake - the Court Square Press Company. Court Square enjoys recognition as a Significant Structure by the Boston Landmarks Commission, and as such its architecture speaks of the timelessness and simple elegance of early 20th Century brick-and-beam construction.
